Hello, and welcome to Meal Prep With Me. I’m Stephanie Liden the author of this blog, and I’m so happy to be sharing my knowledge with you. My main focus since September 2015 has been getting healthy and losing weight since having my two daughters. I wanted to make it easy to stay on track since family life can be unpredictable. With our work schedules, it can be hard to find the time to cook healthy meals. Since then, I have begun doing weekly meal prep and it has relieved a great deal of stress in my life. Now, I am receiving lots of questions from friends about how I have lost the weight. I am now confident in my routine, I know it works and I really want to share it with other people who have struggled like I have. I hope you will follow along with me!
