Hello, and welcome! I’m Stephanie Liden, the author of MealPrepWithMe.com, and I’m so excited to share everything I’ve learned on my weight loss journey with you. My main focus since September 2015 has been creating healthy habits and losing weight since having my two daughters in 2012 and 2014.
I wanted to make it easy to stay on track since family life can be so unpredictable. With my and my husbands’ work schedule, it can be hard to find the time to cook healthy meals and not lean on fast food. Since then, I have been doing weekly meal prep on Sunday evenings and Monday mornings. Meal Prepping has relieved a great deal of stress in my life and I have lost 90 lbs so far!
Now, I am receiving lots of questions from friends and family about how I have lost the weight and how I have kept it off. I am now confident in my routine, I know it works and I really want to share it with other people who might be struggling as I did.
