Instructions
  1. In a large pot over medium-high heat add the olive oil and brown the ground beef until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  2. Add onions, garlic, and celery and cook, stirring occasionally until the onions are translucent about 5 minutes.
  3. Add chili powder, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper and salt and stir to combine.
  4. Add the diced and crushed tomatoes, the red bell peppers and the beef broth. Allow the chili to come to a gentle boil and then turn the heat down to low. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Add the beans and allow the chili to simmer for another 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and portion into containers. Allow the chili to cool completely before adding lids and storing in the fridge or freezer.
