Who else just wants to throw a bunch of snacks into a container and call it a day for meal prep? Some days you just want an easy snack box meal prep. That’s been me all summer so far! With the kids home over summer break, I haven’t had a lot of time to meal prep but snack boxes are a great way to get a portion-controlled lunch that doesn’t take a lot of time to prepare.

If you haven’t tried my other snack boxes yet I highly suggest you check these other two out as well. I love making these for weeks I dont feel like cooking or its too hot to turn on the stove! Give these great snack boxes a try and let me know which ones are your favorite!

Pepperoni Snack Box

Pepperoni Snack Box – a simple snack box to bring on the go. 290 calories per serving and includes turkey pepperoni, ranch, veggies to dip and some cheese and grapes.

  • 8 turkey pepperoni
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 carrot
  • 40 grapes
  • 8 tbsp ranch or any other dressing you like
  • 4 baby bel cheese


  • Halve the pepperoni sticks. 
  • Slice the cucumbers
  • Peel and cut the carrots into sticks.
  • Wash and pat dry the grapes. 
  • Portion everything into 4 containers and use small containers or silicone muffin tin liners for the ranch dip. Add lids and store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Enjoy
