Here is another snack box to try out. If you like olives this is a great one for you! This Mediterranean snack box has cucumber, carrot sticks, olives, marinated artichoke hearts, pita, and tzatziki to dip.

I love snack boxes because they are really quick to assemble and you can put whatever you want in them. They are great for snacks but also great for lunch if you dont have a microwave nearby or if you would just prefer a cold meal.   • 40 mixed olives
  • 8 tbsp tzatziki
  • 1 cups marinated artichoke hearts halved
  • 1 cucumber cut into sticks
  • 2 carrot peeled and cut into sticks
  • 8 mini pita halved


  • Use 4 containers and 12 silicone muffin tin liners (3 liners per container) to keep the wet ingredients separate.
  • Into the muffin tin liners: add 2 tbsp of tzatziki, 10 olives, and about 1/4 cup of artichokes into each snack box.
  • Divide the carrot sticks, cucumbers, and the pitas into the 4 containers.
