  • 8 chicken burgers
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 red onion
  • 8 pickles
  • 4 Roma tomatoes
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese
  • mustard
  • light mayo


  • Prepare your chicken burgers as directed on the package. When done cooking allow to cool.
  • Keep the lettuce leaves whole, wash and dry thoroughly to keep them from wilting.
  • Slice the red onion, pickles, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
  • In 8 dressing containers portion out a 1/2 tbsp of mustard and tbsp light mayo together, into each.
  • In 8 medium containers put in your toppings wet ones at the bottom first. (ie. tomatoes and pickles at the bottom then onions, lettuce and cheese) put your chicken burger at the top.
  • To reheat your chicken at meal time, put the patty on the container lid and place the cheese on top. Heat in the microwave for about 1 minute. Then you can either build your burger and toppings wrapped in lettuce or just add the burger back to the container with the mustard and mayo and eat with a fork and knife.
