Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp peanut butter smooth
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional) or sweetener of choice
  • 2 apples
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 60 grapes wash and pat dry
  • 40 pretzels

Instructions

  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, measure out the peanut butter and microwave on half power in 30-second increments until reaching a runny consistency.
  • Add the yogurt and sweetener of choice to the peanut butter and whisk until smooth. Set aside.
  • Core and slice apples thinly and add to a bowl with the lemon juice and toss to coat the apples in the lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • In four containers, divide the grapes, apple slices, and pretzels. ensure the pretzels aren't touching the fruit or they may become soggy (divide into plastic bags or separate containers if needed) 
  • Divide the peanut butter dip into silicone muffin liners and add to the snack box or divide into small dip containers.
  • Store in the fridge and enjoy!
